Ordering Policy
All sales are final. Please double-check your items and sizing before placing your order.
No returns are accepted for worn items, washed garments, accessories, or discounted/blowout products.
Only one discount code may be used per order. We cannot apply codes after the order is placed.
Custom and limited-edition items may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Policy
We gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size.
To start an exchange (within 3 business days of delivery):

A brief description
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions.
Exchange Notes:
Processing fees up to $15 per item may apply.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odor/fragrance.
Returns without an RA# may be rejected.

Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a store credit or refund (based on availability) within 48–72 hours.

Orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive. Many items ship sooner depending on availability.
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
We ship domestically and to select international countries (see below).
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier directly.
International Orders
Shipped via USPS First Class International.
Typical delivery time: 10–15 business days from shipment (may vary).
Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs delays or country-specific restrictions.
